  1. Registration​
  • There is a one-time registration fee of $25 for new students. 

​

2. Terms 1 to 4
  • Junior Tennis Program run on a quarterly basis

    • Term 1: Jan, Feb, Mar

    • Term 2: Apr, May, Jun

    • Term 3: Jul, Aug, Sep

    • Term 4: Oct, Nov, Dec

  • Each term will start in the first week of the Jan, Apr, July & Oct.

  • Fees per term may differ depending on the number of sessions within that period.

  • There is no lesson on Public Holidays.

3. Payment Policy & Enrollment in each term
  • For those already enrolled in the current term:

    • ​The next term continuation request will be sent via Whatsapp.

    • Upon confirmation, term details will be sent out and payment is due 7 days from notice date.

    • Failure to make payment by deadline will automatically open a vacant spot to the next on the waiting list.

  • For new students wanting to enroll in next term:

    • ​Parents may register interest via the interest form. 

    • ​​If there are no vacancies, you will be be placed on a waiting list.

​

  • For students who want to join part-way or one-off session through the term:

    • ​Students will be allowed to join ONLY if there are vacancies.

    • ​​Students will be billed for the remaining sessions or single session in the term.

​

4. Withdrawal Policy
  • If you decide to withdraw your child from the term in the middle of an ongoing term:

    • ​Inform coach or Administrator accordingly.

    • There is NO refund for the remaining sessions that have not taken place.

​

5. School Holiday (SH) Policy
  • If you have travel plans during the SH, we will allow for up to 2 sessions of SH to be carried over to the next term.

​

6. Removal of Make-up (MU) sessions*
  • In order to minimise confusion and admin complications, we will be removing the MU sessions that usually happens at the end of each term.

​

7. Credit Policy*
  • Weather (Rain/Haze)

    • ​​Cancellation will be based on Coach's discretion​

    • If more that half of the session is done, it will count as a full session and not credits will be provided.

    •  Sessions canceled due to weather will be automatically credited to the next term.

    • Students who do not wish to continue will be refunded for these cancelled sessions.

 

  • Suspension of sessions

    • ​In the event of government policies that will result in temporary suspension of sessions, affected sessions will be automatically be credited to the next term.

   

  • Medical Reasons

    • ​A medical certificate (MC) or snapshot of a positive covid test must be provided strictly within 48 hours of being absent which covers the date of a missed session, otherwise will be marked as a no-show with no credits allowed.

  • Others

    • ​​​Offical supporting documents for absence must be produced strictly within 48 hours of being absent (This will be on a case-by-case basis and subjected to approval).

    • If Coach is unable to make it for session/s due to illness or being away, the affected session will be credited to the next term.​

    • Any unexpected disruptions such as court closure, renovation works or change in policy, sessions may be canceled and will be credited to the next term.

8. Weather Policy
  • WhatsApp Notification will be sent out in event of any delays/cancellation due to weather. If there are no updates on your program group chat, the default is that lesson is ON.

  • If you have been informed that sessions are ongoing but decide not to come, this will be counted as a no-show and no credits will be allowed.

9. Media Policy​
  • Dream Up is granted the right to photograph and/or video record for teaching purposes and be allowed (only by consent) to use your name, voice and appearance in connection with social media and promotional materials, without compensation of any kind.

10. PAYMENT Mode:
  • PayNow will be the default payment mode.

  • Bank transfer will be accepted if clients do not have PayNow.

  • All payments received are strictly non-refundable and not transferable.

  • Credit Card payment will only be accepted on a case by case basis.

  • In a rare case of a credit card refund upon approval, the 3.4%+$0.50 credit card processing fees will not be refunded.

10. COMPANY CHANGES & CANCELLATION:
  • Dream Up reserves the right to change class times, coaches, combine or cancel classes if necessary.

  • Terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
