Terms & conditions


Credit card payments are subject to an additional non-refundable credit card processing fees (Ask your coach for more info).

  • Clients are required to arrange a mutually convenient time and location with the coach before booking each slot.

  • Slots are secured only after payment has been made and is based on a first come first serve basis.

  • Confirmation of bookings will be sent via email once payment is received.

  • Clients are responsible to book their own sessions on the booking site for single sessions or with the booking link given via the email confirmation for package-based sessions.

  • Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable after payment.

  • Clients are responsible for all aspects of booking or securing of playing space, including any cost involved (e.g. Tennis court, Squash court, Open field, Ice skating equipment).


(Not Applicable for Programs & Camps)

  • Regardless of circumstances, sessions not cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours before the start time will still be charged at a full rate.

  • Bookings MUST be officially rescheduled using the link located in the confirmation email sent to you or clearly communicated with the coach.

  • In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling (less than 24 hours notice) or a no-show, the session will be forfeited.

  • Medical certification (MC) due to an injury/illness is required when cancellation is done with less than 24 hours notice.


  • Coaches have the right to cancel a session up to one hour before start time. All sessions are deemed as ‘on’ unless cancelled by the tennis coach.

  • In the event that it starts raining during the session, all attempts will be made to finish the lesson, but only if it is safe to do so.

  • Coaches, based on their judgment can request for clients to wait 5-10 minutes just in case the rain stops and when it is still safe to play again.

[For Private/Private Group Sessions]

  • In the event of rain during a private or private group session, session will be charged according to the nearest 30 minute interval. For example: 

  1. If it rains between 0-15 minutes of a session, it will not be charged and will be rescheduled.

  2. If it rains between 15-30 minutes of a session, it will be charged as per the 30-min session fees.

  3. If it rains between 30-60 minutes of a session, it will be charged as per the 60-min session fees.

[For Program Sessions]

  • In the event of rain during a program session, session will be charged in full if the rain starts after 50% of the class duration. If the rain starts before 50% of the class duration, there will be no charge.


[For Camp Sessions]

  • A wet weather program will be carried out in event of a persistent rain, where permitted. On-court session will resume once the rain stops and when it is safe to do so again.

  • In the event of rain, start and end time of the camp might be pushed back by no more than 30 minutes.

  • Sessions cancelled due to heavy and persistent rain will be counted as credits for subsequent camps.


  • Regular recurring session time slots will repeat every week or every other week on the same day and time until the client asks to discontinue the time slot. Cancelling one or several lessons means only those sessions are cancelled, and the regular session schedule will continue automatically after. The student is responsible to pay for and attend all lessons not cancelled or rescheduled before the 24-hour deadline.


  • Dream Up reserves the right to change class times, coaches, combine or cancel classes if necessary.

  • If the coach needs to cancel a session, a make-up session may be booked at a time that is mutually convenient.


  • All packages will be valid only for 180 days from date of purchase. After the expiration date has passed, any unused session credits will be forfeited.

  • There will be no refund of fees for withdrawal or absenteeism of students before the end of a private or group package.

  • No make-up sessions will be given if a student misses a private or group package session.

  • Renewal of all packages will be considered automatic unless the client asks to discontinue the renewal.


  • Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Regardless of circumstances, a maximum of 2 make-up sessions (including rained-out sessions) can be allowed to be carried over to the next term, providing participants inform coach at least 14 days prior to the date of absence or submit a snapshot of the student's valid Medical Certification within 24 hours of date of absence.  Otherwise, no makeup session will be allowed.

  • Makeup sessions are to be used ONLY in the following term (Example: if you miss 1 class in a term, you have to makeup in the next term). No carry over to the subsequent terms is allowed.

  • A make-up session will be added at the end of each term to make up for up to 2 washed-out sessions. In the event of 3 or more washed-out sessions, a maximum of 1 wash-out session can be carried over to the next term.

  • It is the student's responsibility to request for make-up lessons, otherwise none will be allocated.

  • If student is found to be not of suitable age/ability, the coach deserves the right to prohibit the client from taking part or advise to attend a more appropriate session.


  • Camp slots are limited and priority will be given to those who can attend the full camp duration.

  • There will be no make-up session for camps.

  • There will be no refund of fees for withdrawal or absenteeism of students during the camp.

  • If student is found to be not of suitable age/ability, the coach deserves the right to prohibit the client from taking part or advise to attend a more appropriate session.

  • If a player misses camp (day/s) due to exceptional circumstances, e.g., on presentation of a doctor’s medical certification, the coaching team will endeavour to provide a credit to use in the next camp. A minimum of 24 hours notification to the coaching team is essential if you are going to miss a lesson. It is the sole responsibility of the player/parent to enquire with the coaching staff regarding the make-up lessons. Please note that doctor's appointments will not be regarded as an exceptional circumstance.


  • Dream Up will not be held responsible or accountable for any loss of any belongings during the sessions.

  • Dream Up will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or mishaps during the sessions.

  • Any form or aggression (physical/verbal) that poses danger towards the coach or other students will not be tolerated.


  • Dream Up is granted the right to photograph and/or video record for teaching purposes and be allowed (only by consent) to use your name, voice and appearance in connection with social media and promotional materials, without compensation of any kind.


  • Any unexpected disruptions such as court closure, renovation works or change in policy, sessions may be canceled and adjusted accordingly.


(Not Applicable for Tennis Program & Camps)

  • Court booking fees of $5 per 1 hr session will be required at Lagoon View or where applicable (Fees are only by the hour ie, 330pm-430pm will be counted as 2 hours). Once court booking is agreed upon and booked, the court booking fees will still apply even if the client is unable to make it for the session.


  • PayNow will be the default payment mode.

  • All payments received are strictly non-refundable and not transferable.

  • Credit Card payment will be accepted if client do not have PayNow.

  • In a rare case of a credit card refund upon approval, the 3.4%+$0.50 credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
